Stronger shower pressure would be appreciated for seniors.

Breakfast was a highlight with freshly prepared eggs and a solid selection that hit the spot. The staff were all friendly and made the stay even better. The location was super convenient for hopping into downtown Charleston.
The bed was a bit hard for me, but my husband liked it. The shower pressure could’ve packed more of a punch, and the tub might be a bit tricky for older folks or anyone with mobility issues.

missingWrote a review on Sept 30fridge microwavecompact showerfunctional amenitiescramped bedspoor showerlimited breakfast
The room came outfitted with a fridge and microwave, making it a breeze to store snacks and reheat leftovers. The bathroom, although lacking a tub, featured a compact shower that was functional, even if it could use a bit more space for personal grooming.
The double beds felt cramped, especially for four people, making for an uncomfortable night’s sleep. The shower pressure left something to be desired, leading to a less-than-rejuvenating experience. Breakfast options were limited and not particularly appetizing. variety would definitely enhance the start of the day.

great staff but uncomfortable mattress
The staff were genuinely friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I found the WiFi connection strong enough for my needs, allowing me to work comfortably. The breakfast selection exceeded expectations, especially with the warm options available each morning. I loved starting my day with their fresh coffee and tasty pastries, a nice boost before heading out for the day.
the mattress could use some improvement for better comfort

The room was spacious, but the tub was too high for anyone elderly.

The staff provided exceptional service, going out of their way to assist with a refund when the facilities did not meet expectations. Rooms are neat and provide a comfortable resting space for families. The breakfast offered a good variety, with plenty of satisfying options to start the day. However, the room size was smaller than anticipated, making movement difficult, and the air conditioning struggled to keep the space cool throughout the night.

Family with kids would love it
First off, the front desk staff were super friendly and helped us out when we arrived late at night. They had fresh cookies and coffee ready, which was a real nice touch after a long drive. The breakfast was seriously delish with a variety of options to keep everyone happy.
A bit pricey but honestly worth it considering the service you get.
